Role Responsibilities

Attend qualified appointments, in customers’ homes, or our showroom, discussing their requirements and helping them in a relaxed NON pressured manor.

Thermaglaze require an awesome uPVC & Aluminium window & door surveyor.

MUST have experience and a good sound knowledge of this industry and a proven track record in surveying is essential.

Duties to include:

• Making appointments with customers to carry out their survey.
• Meeting with customer at their home and reviewing the contract.
• Discussing and confirming with client all choices regarding designs etc.
• Carrying out a comprehensive survey to determine accurate manufacturing sizes.
• Identifying any discrepancies between the contract sold and the final work to be carried out.
• Liaising with the sales department regarding any alterations to contract.
• Drawing up survey to enable order processing and producing paperwork required for the installation department.

Qualities required include:

• Previous surveying experience is an absolute MUST.
• Good knowledge of current Building Regulations.
• A methodical and accurate work ethic.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of the window/conservatory/building industry.
• Computer literate.
• Clean driving licence.

To carry out final measurements on-site prior to manufacture.

To thoroughly run through and confirm the entire project with the client on site to ensure a smooth and accurate process throughout.

This is a full-time, permanent position. Previous or similar experience required. Salary dependent on experience.

Due to the continued growth of our Conservatory & Aluminium department, we are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual to assist with the order processing.

The candidate will work closely with our Project Managers, liaising with our manufacturers and our installers to ensure a smooth and accurate process for our ever-valued customers.

This is a full time, permanent position but consideration would be given to reduced hours for the right individual.

An experience within the industry and computer software would be an advantage, but full training would be provided.

Salary to be confirmed dependent on experience.
