Approved Ultraframe Installer
Ultraframe Registered Conservatory Installer Code of Practice
To achieve Ultraframe Installer status, Thermaglaze had to meet the following criteria throughout a gruelling application process independently conducted by the British Board of Agrement.
- Thermaglaze must at all times reach the satisfactory standard of workmanship required by the Guild of Master Craftsman.
- Any complaints brought to the attention of the Guild must be dealt with speedily and satisfactorily. Failure to do so can constitute a legitimate reason for expulsion from the Guild.
- Thermaglaze should be aware of their legal obligations, for example, with regard to the Sale of Goods Act and the Trade Descriptions Act.
- Thermaglaze will use their best endeavours to abide by any agreed timetables of work and delivery.
- Thermaglaze should obtain prior approval from the customer for any variation to the agreed work.
- Thermaglaze should ensure that any remedial work consequent upon the practical completion of a contract is finished to a good standard and in accordance with the agreed timetable.
- Agree to arbitrate when this is suggested by the Guild of Master Craftsmen and co-operate with and abide by the decisions of the arbitrator appointed by the Guild of Mater Craftsmen.
- Thermaglaze should have fully paid-up public and employer’s liability insurance cover.
- Thermaglaze must allow for their work to be inspected.

Thermaglaze achieved an overall ranking of 89 out of 100 throughout the assessment process.
The minimum score required by a company to achieve Ultra Installer status is 65 out of 100, so you can see that Thermaglaze dramatically exceeded this requirement.
